"Both my wife and I are truly amazed at just how different Real Estate agents can be out there in the market today. Before our close friends referred us to Bill, we had gone through three other agents, coming away from each encounter with a bad taste in our mouths. One recurring thing we noticed was just how bad listeners they were. You would think such a simple thing, like listening, they should be able to do. Boy did we find out the hard way. For weekends on end these agents literally drove us around all day long showing us homes we really did not want to see. We were about to give up looking for a new house when our close friend told us of us good experiences dealing with Bill Lanzit.
So we met with Bill and boy were we impressed! From the start he dazzled us with his professionalism, organization, wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate market, the neat booklet that clearly laid out what Bill had to offer us, and his innovative marketing plan that fully utilized the Internet, phone ads and the best house flyers I've ever seen. His marketing analysis report with color graphs, pictures and write-up of similar valued homes in our neighborhood was a thing of beauty. It was very obvious that Bill did his homework and put in a lot of time and effort into setting up these various reports for us. But what impressed us mostly about Bill was his ability to listen and focus immediately on what we really were looking for. Unlike other agents who drove us around from house to house for days with no success, Bill called us only one time. Now we own a new house. He did all the leg work, research and screening of home for us. What a refreshing concept!

I represented Ben & Lori in the purchase of a home in Danville. They were able to look at houses together, but just after they decided which one to put an offer in on, Ben was called overseas on an extended business trip. Lori was living in temporary housing on the Peninsula, about 50 miles away. If your home shows well and it is priced right there will be a buyer out there. Fortunately for us it was the second couple that came to see the house. (Even in the pouring rain!) Bill's expertise got us full asking price.
