Buying or Selling? Select the Best Broker
Your most important asset when buying or selling is your real estate broker.
Selecting the best broker is critical when one of your largest investments is at
stake, not to mention the questions you may have regarding finances,
negotiating, family needs and tax consequences.
It's interesting that in the real estate business, someone with many
successful closing transactions usually costs the same as someone who is
inexperienced. Bringing that experience and the years of additional training I
have had could mean a higher price on the negotiating table, selling in less
time and, just as important during a very stressful time in your life, the
minimum amount of hassles.
In order to find the Realtor who is right for you, interview several and talk
to their past clients, or get a strong referral from someone you trust. Over 98%
of my business comes from referrals from previous, satisfied clients. I will
gladly give you the names and phone numbers of past clients. You can ask them
yourself if I deliver what I promise or you can read some of the letters I have
received from happy customers.
