Integrity, Experience, Attention to Detail--
Expert
Service Since 1972
A reputation for
excellence is an invaluable asset that is
never gained cheaply. In my 30 years in real estate I believe I have
earned my reputation — for integrity, professionalism, knowledge, attention to
detail, and sensitivity — through hard work and consistent performance. I've
earned it the hard way, and in the only way that matters.
Performance
What does "performance" mean? You tell me. Tell me what you expect and
what you want, because I haven't performed until you are satisfied. I'm proud of
the relationships I've developed with my clients over the years: They've told me
what "performance" is, and I have listened.
Making It Happen
But the past doesn't mean much without a program for applying what it has taught
to you today. I expect to continue to succeed for my clients because of:
My Team
I have learned the importance of maintaining a high level of service, so I
personally employ a full-time Marketing Manager and a full-time Escrow Manager.
They along with my Listing Coordinator, Home Staging Specialist, Telemarketing
Specialist and Office Staff work closely with me and my clients to make sure
that every detail of each transaction is clearly understood, closely monitored,
and carefully completed.
My Use of Technology —
I have learned the value of time, so I use the latest information management
technology in every aspect of my business; not because it's fashionable, but
because it's effective.
My "Tool Kit" —
I have learned that some of what I do is a craft so, I like many good
craftsman have customized my tools.
For sellers I have a finely tuned
marketing plan and proven techniques for arriving at the best possible price.
For buyers I find the homes that you want to see, and I show you just those
homes.
My Knowledge of the Area —
I have learned the value of "knowing the territory." I was raised
in Contra Costa County. I have lived nearly all of my life in this area, and I
have watched neighborhoods grow. and change.
I know the "feel" of
those neighborhoods, whether they're quiet or noisy, whether they're growing or
not, how good the schools are. Growing up in an area gives you a kind of
intimacy with it that I don't think you can get in any other way.
Why Me?
Simply put, I like
what I do and I'm good at it. I have the experience, I have the tools, and I
have the talent to help you:
I am proud to be an active member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Education is an important part of my success. I consistently take higher education courses to sharpen my skills in marketing, appraisal, consulting, and negotiating. I am also proud to have earned the professional designation Certified Residential Specialist.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a professional designation which has been earned by only 3% of all Realtors. A CRS brings special qualifications to your needs:
-
Successful completion of advanced courses in listing, selling, investment, taxes and more.
-
A history of demonstrated sales performance through the documented execution of residential sales transactions.
What this means is that when you work with a CRS, you are working with someone who is more connected, more knowledgeable and more experienced.
I want to be your real estate
broker. You could pay the same commission to an agent without my knowledge, my
experience, and my careful, sensitive approach....but why would you want to? |
